Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: August 31, 2026
Last Updated: August 31, 2026

South East Idaho App LLC, d/b/a South East Idaho (“South East Idaho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) of any kind on the South East Idaho app, website, and related services (the “Service”). This page describes the standards we apply to prevent, detect, report, and remove CSAE, consistent with the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

To report suspected CSAE, use in-app reporting or email support@southeastidaho.app with subject line “CSAE Report.” Reports are reviewed on a priority basis.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

South East Idaho strictly prohibits any content, communication, or conduct on the Service that:

This prohibition applies to all users regardless of age, location, or account status, and is enforced against every part of the Service where users can create, upload, or share content, including posts, comments, photos, videos, profiles, groups, and messages. It is set out in Section 4 of our Terms of Use.

2. Reporting CSAE

Anyone — users and non-users alike — can report suspected CSAE through:

A report should include enough information for us to locate the content or account (for example, a username, post link, or screenshot). Reporters do not need an account to report suspected CSAE by email.

3. Detection and Enforcement

We use a combination of methods to detect and act on CSAE, including:

When we identify or confirm CSAE, we take immediate action, which may include:

We do not notify a user before removing confirmed CSAE or suspending an account for CSAE.

4. Legal Reporting Obligations

As a U.S.-based provider, South East Idaho complies with applicable federal law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, which requires reporting apparent CSAM to the CyberTipline operated by NCMEC. We cooperate with NCMEC, law enforcement, and other authorities investigating CSAE, and preserve relevant records as required by law.

Anyone can also report CSAE directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

5. Age Requirements and Minor Safety

South East Idaho is a general-audience service. Users must be at least 13 years old, and users under 18 may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, as set out in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly permit accounts belonging to children under 13, and certain features and Promotions carry higher age requirements.
